There is little to no kitchen space. There is no dish washer. The utilies aren't included in any form. So add 550$ for rent, 50-100$ KUB, 40-130$ comcast. The laundry service, which is usually included at other apartments in knoxville, isn't free and the machines are old and usually don't wash your clothes properly. Additionally, they only take quarters, and there is no change machine on location! The apartments are old and there's a lot of noise. The management is absolutely horrible.
