I moved here in July, in one of the renovated apts, and so far I've been pretty pleased. Overall, I feel safe here and haven't seen anything to make me feel different. The renovated apts are pretty nice. I do have some sloppy workmanship in my apt (ie - paint that went outside the lines, closet doors that were not hung correctly, etc). Not a huge deal, but a little frustrating. Getting things fixed has gone pretty well. We haven't had any huge problems, but the little stuff has been fixed. Their package delivery system does change on a weekly basis, so you never know when you have a package in the office. The apts are spacious though with tons of closet space! I haven't seen any bugs, but I'm also on the top floor, so that helps. Its just nice to have a place that is new. I'm pretty happy with it, and until we buy something or move, we will most likely stay here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
