I moved from a nearby apartment complex because I wanted to adopt a dog. The property is pretty nicely landscaped. The one complaint I have is that a lot of pet owners do not clean up after their pets and you have to scope out where you are stepping off the sidewalk and on occasion on the sidewalk. The property does have doggie poo bags to pick up after your pet located around the place which is nice that I don't have to use all of mine. The maintenance staff is wonderful! Stacy and Macky are so sweet and love my dog! They always make an effort to say hey when they see you and are so great when they come to fix things. The office staff is pretty nice. Julie, the manager, is nice but has her moments. We has a disagreement when signing the lease and she tried to push me around but you have to stand up to her when she tries to do that. I haven't had any other problems with her. I live on the ground floor and the wet summer has sent a lot of bugs inside. I have had a cricket and flea problem but the office has pest control people that come out and spray. All of my pest problems have been taken care of. The buildings are older and not the best construction I've seen but not the worst. I love the layout of the apartments and after looking around this had the most square footage for the price. I LOVE my kitchen. I have felt safe here and noise hasn't been an issue. At times I hear my neighbors but it is not often and living in any apartment you hear neighbors. I would recommend living here, just check out your apartment before you move in.
