What a crap hole

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Here are just a few of the things that have happened since I moved in to Knoxville Place (6 months ago):
- Two of the four elevators out of order for 2 weeks because some kid broke it
- Glass door in lobby busted
- Some jerk parking in my assigned spot over 5 times, and management not towing them like I asked
- Broken beer bottles and cigarette butts in the elevator
- Scald guard on the shower doesn't allow anything but lukewarm water
- Broken stove, not fixed by management
- Rust deposits on EVERYTHING
- Tomato sauce splattered in the elevators and in the lobby for 2 days
- Broken garage door for 2 months. Then the door was eliminated completely, so anyone can come and go as they please
- It took management 6 months to clean the insect-infested room of a former roommate
- Management changing locks on my doors without notifying me, twice
- Vending machines on my floor broken for 2 months
- Countless fire alarms caused by idiots smoking in their rooms
Don't live here. The convenience is not worth it.
