I have to say that I have only lived here for a short time but I already see what everyone is talking about. My apartment is nice and we didn't have any problems moving in but the property is horrible. It is trashed every weekend which can't be stopped but is annoying. The office also doesn't take care of the needs of the residents. I can never actually talk with a manager and when their is a problem, like with the parking screw-ups, they just keep putting the residents off to save their ass. I believe they have a clueless staff of CA's and managers. The location is nice but not worth the rent or the hassles!
