Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Knox Place is the worst place i've ever lived. The rent is way too high. They charge you for everything. The apartment manager is a total -----. The security guards are ------- wannabee cops. Maintenence averages about three months to fix anything. DO NOT LIVE IN KNOXVILLE PLACE.
