Knoxville Place is a great place to live, 90% of the time.

They program your student id to use as your roomkey; however, 2 times so far my student id has stopped working at convenient hours (2 AM on a weekday), so they charge you $35 to let you back in YOUR apartment. Also, the security guards you have to deal with are idiots. My particular apartment does not get hot water in the showers or fast internet, and the cable has gone out about once a week for the past 3 weeks. The walls are so thin I can listen to the conversations of the guy that lives beside me when he is in his room. Fridays and Saturdays, don't plan on going to sleep before 3 AM because you can hear everything that goes on at the Carousel. Definitely not worth the price.
