So far my experience has been positive. I had some special circumstances surrounding my move, and the staff worked with me very well. They are upfront with thier policy and procedure. Parking really is great, and we've never had any trouble finding a parking place.

My one complaint is that they have been a little too lax in handing out my key to work crews. One morning I was awaken by a guy in my bedroom that was there to put some tile down! I do appreciate that they have VERY promptly fixed any problem I've reported, but it does make be a bit uneasy. They do tell you the day the person will be there, but not the time. I asked them to call first, but they said it was not thier policy.

Again, I am pleased with Londontown. The price and location is good for the area. And the floor plans are litterally the best I've ever seen in an apartment building. If anything changes, I'll repost
