You know, after reading other apartment reviews I realize how blessed I am living here. As of now, there are nice woods over on the edge of the property and, if willing, you can walk through them. This adds a touch of home to it for me. Anyway, the apartments are very clean. I've never had a bug infestation except one summer there were bunches of ants coming from my window. I added an ant trap and never saw another again. ONE TIME, we found this huge cockroach on the wall, but after later describing the cockroach to a terminator he said from the description it was an 'outside roach' and was just an anomaly. ANYWAY, all that aside I've never had a problem with my neighbors.. except a family that lives below me, their kids continually slam their door and rattle the apartment... and the kids usually are yelling and screaming outside, BUT, they are overall good kids and cannot help they live in apartments. I'm sure I was much louder living in my spacious neighborhood during my childhood. The managment is super-nice and respectful. You tell them something is messed up, consider it fixed a few days later. There is a problem with people coming into your apartment unexpected... I've not use to this and in my opinion is uncalled for. What if I'm laying naked in my floor after an all night orgy' :) The pool is very nice and clean, it has very good surroundings... most importantly there is a gas station merely 2 minutes away (walking) and 10 seconds away (driving). The best of all, you can access the interstate within 2-5 minutes, depending on traffic. You can access middlebrook pike even quicker. Definitely move here if you can afford it, nice neighorhood, nice apartments, good parking..
