I just moved in a month ago and I love my apartment so far! I looked all over Knoxville for a half way decient apt and this was by far the best one I found. The management is really nice and very helpful. The landscaping is beautiful. I haven't had any problems with neighbors, actually the ones I've met are very helpful and nice. The apartments are freshly painted and carpeted when you move in so it looks like it is brand new. The location of the complex is perfect. It is right between 40 and Kingston Pike so everything you need to get to is right around the corner. The drive time to campus is about 10 minutes. The management puts out a newsletter every month with events and socials for the complex which help you get to know your neighbors. I am very happy with my apartment and the complex. I love this place and highly recomend it to anyone.
