I moved in from another area apartment complex a year ago and it started off nice. Low monthly payment and plenty of helpful staff. But over the year it has DETERIORATED significantly.

The building caught fire a few months ago and the fire alarms didn't even call the fire department. They are just alarms not tied into E911. So the entire building burned. Now 3 months later they STILL haven't fixed it. There are just burned out apartments in out complex. Most of the staff is helpful except the actual property manager who is rude and self centered and doesn't address problems just tells you "well we've never had that problem before so it must not be a big deal".

Also they go up on your rent each time you renew. It doesn't address that in the contract so beware before you sign.

The only benefit to the complex is it's parking. But here lately they will tow thier own resident's cars if you have some paint issues or expired license plates. They are adding on to the site with new apartments so in the mean time they are just neglecting the current apartments everyone else lives it.

They have a high turn over rate.
