I only lived here about 9 months before ending my lease short. But, 9 months was long enough. Besides the fact they are possibly the ugliest apartments in Knoxville, I do not understand the constant construction to build new units when fire has destroyed quite a number of older units. I live on the end close to the office and it was constant harrassment from the 1500 construction workers that stood around all day and took up parking spaces. I had problems with this place from the beginning. I had a bug problem that took weeks to resolve, my mailbox still doesn't close after numberous complaints, and the leasing office has an attitude like they are renting the Four Seasons out instead of Londontown. And for the other tenants, I do not understand Londontown's requirements for leasing an apartment. In conclusion, ugly people, ugly tenants and an extemely ugly apperance. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I agree with user1956. If this person has a serious qualm with the apartments, be serious about your complaints. You say 1500 construction workers and "ugly people"... who will take you seriously? I'm moving in at the end of the summer. Already the staff has surprised me how helpful they are. Learn how to be an effective rater.

I like how it's obvious that the first two comments are from staff members trying to make Londontown sound good. Don't believe the hype, this place is crap!
