We have lived here for a year and are packing to move out right now. When we first moved in everything was good, until our neighbors changed. We have had a constant inflow of people move in around us that are extremely loud, having parties until early hours of the morning, and the apartment staff has refused to do anything about it. The people in the apartment above us almost always has 5-6 people there at night, they throw cigar butts off their balcony leaving a nasty trash mess on our patio and the staff said it is not against any of their rules. At this point I feel like I am living in the hood! I don't think I need to say any more than that. The type of people moving into this apartment complex makes me believe that the staff does not do any formal backgroud/ credit checks on applicants. The last few months have been a living HELL! Do not come here! There are much nicer places to live that maintain standards of the property and tenants.
