I have lived here for 4 months and the only major problem I've had is with the neighbors. KPD has shown up at my door twice now for "noise complaints" from having the tv "too loud", or talking on the phone "too loud", or socializing "too loud". I can understand if I was having a party with a lot of people over (which I've never done), but they call the police on everything. Not once have they attempted to knock on my door and talk about this with me in person. Not only that, but these particular neighbors live above me, and you can hear EVERYTHING they do. Sometimes I really think they are going to come through the ceiling. But I've NEVER called the cops or put in a noise complaint on them. Other than that, I really like The Villas. Sometimes its hard to find parking at night, but if I can't I don't have to park far. I feel very safe here with the lighting. The staff has also been very friendly with me. It's a great place to live if you have good neighbors!
