Parking ISN'T an issue unless you're too lazy to maybe walk an additional 20 feet to your apartment door. Maybe some people would benefit from the extra walking distance. I find it highly illegal, inappropriate, and disrespectful when perfectly able legs of a college student/ young adult park in a handicap spot. I've seen the person who gets out of the car (ill leave gender anonymous)and he/she can WALK perfectly fine. Maybe the handicap is mental not physical' Who knows' BUT, I do know in the State of Tennessee it is a $200 fine and a possible 5 days community service if you park in a handicap spot when you're in fact not handicap! I've seen alot of older relatives and family members who could have easily parked in that spot who ARE handicap. It is LEGAL for them granted they have a tag.

My aunt has MS. She can only walk for a little bit and then she may get weak. She looks like a regular woman without a disability. instead of making yourself the judge of what a handicapped person looks like - it would probably be best to look for a handicap plate or mirror tag. Anyway, When reading reviews, I could care less about someone parking in a handicap spot. I would rather know about service/space/etc
