I've lived in the apartments for 10 months now and just signed up for another 12 lease. I've been very happy living here the area is great. Not too far from anything: Walmart, Kroger, Campus, Gas, etc. It's a rather convenient local. The complex is nice looking and well kept up. The onsite Landry/fitness room is often uncrowded in the evenings so there is little to no wait. The pool is nice to have near by and has never been too rowdy. The parking isn't bad. It is very well lit but after dark its rare to find "Near your door" parking but often it isn't a far walk and it feels safe with all the light. The only problem I've had with the space is that the walls are a bit thin and neighbors seem to OFTEN forget this fact. Especially the young college boy types. I've had 3 next door neighbors and 2 were young and LOUD, but after talking with them they tended to turn it down for about a week or so. I now have a very QUIET older man living next door and its great. The staff has always been friendly, a bit too social for me, but friendly and helpful. I look forward to another year with them and maybe another.
