It was a good first apartment. I found it small for me. I HATED the kitchen. I had a mini stove and nothing fit in it and it burned all of my food the 1st month until I figured out that I needed to set the oven temp 75 degrees lower. The grounds were nice. I hated my neighbors below me and next to me. When the neighbors below me weren't fighting and screaming outside or throwing each other into walls and shaking the building, the guy next to me was blasting music at 4am. The office staff is alright. Lori is impossible to work with. Cars were broken into regularly. They had water pipe problems several times that left me without water for the day. The apartment complex has a lot of college students and some sketchy residents. It was freezing cold during the winter because it has single pane windows so your heat bill will be sky high. Also they never frost proofed the wooden stairs going down to the parking lot so some mornings it was too slick to walk down so I had to sit and scoot.
