Been living here about 8 months; I have very few complaints and am generally happy with the apts.

pros:

* Great Location
* Fair Price
* Friendly office staff/management
* Nice pool/gym
* Brand new construction

cons:

* Bugs everywhere inside and outside aprt (dont' know where they are coming from.)
* Parking issues (I have to park 2 parking lots over, although I need the exersise.)
* Dog crap in non designated areas (although owners are supposed to pick up after pets feces.)

I would recommend these apartments as a decent place to live; all the issues can more then likely be resolved over time. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Yes, Bugs are a major problem. Parking is almost nonexistent. And the dog doo is left in unfortunate places. (clean your shoes) I agree that these have been serious problems for most residents. I don't see how this person can recommend a place with such serious problems. "all the issues can likely be resolved over time" They've had a year to rid the apartments of bugs and they have not. They can't build more parking. How are they going to be resolved???????? BTW-as already stated in the reviews, construction is horrible!!!

Is it possible that theres an apartment "stalker" that seems to think its their civil duty to respond to everyones review? Let it go! Stop stomping on what people have to say thats good and give it a rest already.
