Upon review, this property appears to be great. Looks can be deceiving. My wife and I were looking to move out of this property to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit and to move for a job only to find out that you must pay the remainder of your rent and an additional month. Why would you even break the lease if this is the case' Also, parking which has been noted to be a nightmare truly is. You better plan on walking to your apartment at night because you will have a hike. Neighbors in this complex can be very rude as well. Upon walking our dog, we were greeted by an older gentleman who asked why we let our dog pee in his yard, it is an apartment complex, you don't have your own yard. We are always very respectful and carry a doggie bag with us but you will just run into instances such as this. The staff in the front office is generally unwilling to help you if anything goes wrong. They always pawn it off to something else and act as if your problems have nothing to do with them. Overall, we have just had a bad experience with this apartment complex in dealing with rather simple issues.
