LTM is a joke. Luxury yeah right, more like trail park. but wait there is always parking at a trailer park. When you move in be sure that you mark everything that is wrong. You may even want to take pictures as proof. Every little dent in the walls cracked paint will cost you a fortune. The pet fees are outrageous and none refundable. After three month I got tired of them coming into my appartment. When I asked them why they come into the appartment they said routine property inspection. Please please don't move here. If you do you may want to get a post office box because you may never get the mail it will get stolen out of the mailbox.
