My experience with LTM management has been very negative and frustrating. I've had poor apartment management before, but I've never encountered the lack of respect, intelligence, and class that I have found at LTM. Not only is the management unresponsive, they actually made fun of me for requesting service. It actually made me a little sorry for them because I'm sure their rudeness stems from their sub-status position as "aparment managers." It's obvious that they glean some self-respect by exercising whatever small power they can over tenants. Their greediness with excessive fees also reveals their low class. "Luxury" townhouse management--it's kind of a funny name for them. Kinda sad.
