I completely agree with everything these other reviews say. I lived there for two years and I was a model renter - never late with my rent and never caused any problems. But the staff at the Eagle Pointe clubhouse was still very rude to me and my boyfriend. It was almost as if they thought they were better than us because they worked there. We had black ants all over our kitchen twice - crawling on the counters and in the sink and when I called to report it and tried to make them understand how serious the situation was, they reminded me that maintenance requests were done in order of importance and that they would get to it as soon as possible. I went and bought ant traps and bought caulk to seal the door where they were coming in before the maintenance people even got there. They do come in the apartment whenever they want and they came in one time in the morning when I was still sleeping and woke me up. Once our one year lease was up they upped our rent by $10 every year after that by sending us a letter telling us what our new rate was going to be. We recently moved out and of course they accused us of having pet stains on our carpet. The strange thing is that the area where they said there was a pet stain was where our couch has been since the first day we moved in - before we even brought our dog to the apartment! WE had only one parking space even though two people lived there and our friends never had anywhere to park. One time one of our friends unknowingly parked in our neighbors spot and our neighbor parked behind our friend and blocked him in so we had to go knock on our neighbors door late at night and ask him to move his car. Our neighbor was really rude about it and our poor friend didn't know that the parking spots are assigned. Bottom line - the apartment is okay and the location is good but the staff is rude and intrusive and the parking sucks. There are too many incidents for me to explain, but needless to say - don't live here.
