Eagle Pointe:
LTM has recently sold out, so it is yet to be told how the new management will be, but we moved in 3 months ago & they have been so incredibly great! Our third day there, our old washing machine busted & we had a major flood. They came out right away to vacuum the water from under the carpet & didn't even charge us. The next day the mainteance man showed up to check on us & even helped my husband remove the old washer, unload & install a new one! A couple weeks later I put in an online request to fix the plumbing and within a few hours he showed up to fix it. Very friendly!

The pet fee is enormous, though ($300 plus $100 deposit). We did have a problem with ants when we first moved in, but that has been taken care of. The only problem we had was that they tore out all shelf lining in the kitchen, leaving it incredibly sticky. We had to buy new lining ourselves & redo it on our own.

This place is beautiful & so quiet! I would definitely recommend Eagle Pointe to anyone!
