We have been here for almost a year now. If we have to move in a month or two for job reasons we'd like to pick up our huge townhouse and take it with us.
The old management LTM was not so great though. They were sometimes rude and acted like they didn't care. The treated new customers better than their current residents (this happened to us several times, especially on the day we moved in). But now it's run by Stephen D. Bell Co. Don't know much about them. We'll see how they do.
The landscaping is pretty near the entrance but lacks elsewhere. We have several dead shrubs in front of our door.
The interior of the townhouses are fab! Tons of space. Feels like you are living in a house instead of a townhouse. Neighbors are nice. No break-ins that we know of.
