I've lived at Magnolia Square for almost two years, and have loved it from the start. The management is great; they enforce their rules, which is nice to see. The excercise facility and pool are small, but rarely crowded. There are currently two police officers living in the complex, which adds a lot to a feeling of security. Everything is very clean; our unit was spotless when we moved in! I have had very few maintenance issues, but I'm pleased with the response when something came up. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in Fountain City.
