I have lived here fro about 6 months now, and when my lease is up, I will be looking for a better place to live. My first month I lived here, my hot water heater exploded in my laundry room when I was at work. It happened on a Friday, and they told me they couldn't fix it till Tuesday. Well, my carpet leading to my laundry room was flooded, and was never vacuumed up by anybody, so now my place has a mildew smell to it. They also told me I would have no hot water(obviously), but my shower would work. Guess what' Shower didn't work, and I was out of water for 3-4 days! Then, about 3 weeks after my water heater broke, my A/C went out, and wasn't fixed for a week. So, after about 2 months after all these problems happened, I went out of town for a weekend to see my parents, which I left on a Friday. When I came back late on Monday, I had discovered that my refrigerator had a huge puddle next to it because the motor stopped working over the weekend. Now, I have to throw away about $100 worth of food that had spoiled, and/or went bad while I was away!

Every time I call the manager, she tries to get off the phone, or get out of the conversation as fast as possible. I wanted my carpet steam-cleaned, and was denied! I tried to bring up reimbursement for my food that I had to throw away, and was quickly steered in another direction/conversation! They do not care what happens to you over their cheap equipment that they supply. I've lived here for 6 months, and most of my major appliances have all broke, and damaged my apartment and living. The apartments look OK, but I assure you, for the appliances they supply, the apartment should be around $350 for a one bedroom, not $550. I could go on about other little nit/picks, but the appliances, and trouble with them getting help of any kind or reimbursement is atrocious.
