Our stay at Meadow Wood has been wonderful. Maintenance requests are met quickly even on weekends and off times. The apartments are very energy efficient. We decided to live on the 4th floor so the stairs are kinda steep, but for what we saved on rent for choosing to be up high, it was worth it.

The only complaint I have is that the nearby less savory neighborhoods come to steal cd players and actual cars from our complex. My car was stolen...but don't hold that against it..my car was stolen previously from a totally different part of town. It's just easy to steal.

The pool and tennis courts are great. The workout room is sufficient to get a decent workout and is rarely being used by others.

I really have enjoyed living here. We're only moving because I got into grad school in another city.
