Good for price!

I lived in Meadowood for almost two years. Overall, I was very happy with the apartment. They are very reasonably priced and close to everything you could possibly need. The staff is also very nice and did not try to screw us over when we left like some other apartment complexes.
Our apartment was not without problems. Being on the ground floor, we had insect problems sometimes. Our A/C was broken when we first moved there. After two new units, two months, and an ugly box in my living room, the problem was finally fixed. Our apartment flooded twice, but our carpet was replaced after the second time. We went through several groups of shady neighbors on one side, but management seemed to deal with the problems somewhat quickly. Enough of these people lived here though that my friends call this place "GhettoWood."
Although the complex is far from perfect, all of our problems were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. You also have to expect some problems from 30-year old apartments. For the price and the service, these apartments can't be beat. We actually moved because of a job change and probably would have stayed longer if we had stayed in Knoxville.
