The office staff is VERY nice when you are wanting to move in but once you are in... I didn't find much help!! Oddly enough... the week before I moved out my power kept going out because the furnace was tripping. Not a nice area... I would see homeless people everyday rummaging through the garbage. Realized at the end of my lease that the reason KUB was double what it should be for 6 months was because standing inside looking at the front door you and visibly see the outside light. Because of HORRIBLE insulation.
