I was going to move into these apartments until the management staff F'd me BIG time. They told me an apartment would be available the first week of January and took my deposits. Then they kept putting off the move in date because the current renter couldn't move yet. I was stuck between my old apartment and nowhere to go. I had to move back in with my parents. After putting me off twice, they told me there wouldn't be an apartment open until March. I asked for my deposits back (this was in January) and THREE times the management claimed to have mailed a check. As of yet, I still haven't gotten my money back and will be calling the apartment owners myself to get something done.

In response to this false and negative rating......when our residents give notice to move we schedule their apartment turn based on the move out date we were given.As we all know, situation's change and plans do not always go as scheduled. When this resident discovered their moving plans has changed, we had no choice but to delay the apartment avaibility date. Another apartment was offered to this prospect but they declined. As far as the deposit refund, either we had an incorrect address or it was a post office error.They were able to pick up their deposit at our office.
