I have been at Meadowood for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it! The wooded community gives you a break from the hustle and bustle of Knoxville. The staff is very nice and accomadating. If you need a repair, they are quick to respond and fix it as soon as possible. The apartment layouts are very pleasing and make is seem like home. There may be a lot of cars in some lots. Thus, parking can be crowded after dinner time, but that is because it's a family community where they do not tolerate a bunch of noisy tenants who are out at all hours of the night. They have a strict noise policy and make themselves available when a neighbor is too loud. It is difficult to hear your upstairs/downstairs neighbors in the 2-bedroom apartments. Yet, the 1-bedrooms can hear their upstairs tenants much more clearly than they should, mainly due to building design. The laundry facilities are readily available if you do not have connections or a washer and dryer.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment.

Rent for a small, one bedroom is $490. The $7.13 extra covers renters' insurance.
