This is the best apartment i'v lived in since i moved to Knoxville 2 years ago - I've rented 3 other places. The staff is great, especially Brooke. And maintence is very prompt. I've been here at Mwadowood for 6 months and I just renewed my lease for another 6 months. They even cleaned my carpets for free. My olny problem is that I wish they had more cable outlets; I have a 2 bedroom with one outlet throughout the apartment. And a small puppy would be nice, but they don't accept pets - aleast I don't have to worry about stepping in dog poop. They apartment layout is great. They make you get renters insurance, which isnt too expensive and water isn't included, but that's not too expensive either. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
