I love Mountainview Apartments! They have been a great place to live. With the economy declining as it has, it is going to be more economical for me to get a house. So, I will be moving out (sadly) in April. The office staff is fantastic as Jennifer is always on top of everything. Maintenance calls are always addressed within 24 hours and are always fixed right the first time.
Appliances and cabinets are really old but everything still works great! You don't notice once you get all of your stuff moved in. Pets are allowed but there is a big deposit for each pet. Rent (I thought) was a little on the high side for a 1BR/1Bath but you do get what you pay for plus more.
I can't say anything negative against Mountainview. If you need a great apartment at a great location then this is your new home.
