Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2002
We lived there for a few years and had lots of problems. We couldn't get the office staff to correct simple maintenance problems. The maintenance staff was wonderfull and would fix problems that were reported to them quickly. The office staff is too busy having there 3 hour lunches to take care of the residents. I could never catch them in the office. there was also parking problems and cars were broken into.
Also could hear the neighbors all the time.
