This apartment was spacious, but it had termites. The carpet was very dirty and they would not replace it. It had cat urine in it too before we moved in. When we moved in 2001 the management staff was great, but shortly there after new management came in and it was a disaster then on. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, unless you were a man. They would put a note on your door if you sat a bag of trash out within like 30 minutes, but the apartment manager at the time always had bags of trash out in front of her door, Imagine that. It is a shame that they have not kept up these apartments. The maintenance guys are great, but the management team never passed it on to them. This would be a good place to live for convenience to West Knoxville, but they need to do some major work and get a new management staff for me to recommend this place to anyone.
