This is a great and quiet place for new married couples who are just getting on their feet. If you are a party person, this is NOT the place for YOU. God bless the resident manager for their keeping this place a safe and quiet neighborhood!

I love the large kitchen, and clean apts! Our apt had brand new carpet, and smelled fresh! Rain Tree really looks like a neighborhood rather than an apt complex. If you like to take walks, it's definitely a safe place to walk around after dinner.
I would definitely recommend this place to other people, who can appreciate a quiet and private place to live.
