Loved It! (I Miss the Pool)

We moved to Knoxville about a year ago from out of state. We weren't looking for an economy apartment so we only checked out some of the "A list" properties like Reserve, Walkers Crossing and Grove at Deane Hill. We chose the Reserve.
It doesn't have some of the extra-amenities some of the other places have like tennis / volleyball Courts, or HotTub but it has all the standard ones and the Reserve more than makes up for it in appearance and service.
The space was perfect for us with great open (and usable) floor plans and a nice little patio. We had very mature neighbors and not too many college kids. The washer/drier hook-ups were great for us since we had our own machines (they have some coin ops for you if you don't near the pool).
This will sound cheesy but every night when I came home from work, driving down Ashbrooke Way felt more like coming "home" than any other apartment I ever lived at. The smiley staff was always very accommodating for our service requests.
We bought a house, so we don't live there anymore but we miss the pool in the summers. I've recommended this place to lots of people I know that moved to Knoxville. If this place is in your price-range go for it. You'll be glad you did.
