You can hear everything that goes on above and next to you. Our neighbor next to us had a small child and we could hear him running through their apartment and screaming and crying. You can hear the commode flushing in your bathroom from another bathroom. Don't walk in the grass, no one picks up after their dogs. We are no longer allowed to have grills unless we live on the first floor. The contracted out landscapers cover my vehicle in grass and dust everytime they mow. Our rent has been raised three times and is supposed to go up again upon signing a new lease. The front office staff is minimally friendly and unreliable unlike the day we toured the property and signed the lease. The last lease we signed, we had to request the lease...they didn't let us know that our lease was up, it took three weeks for them to draw up the papers and get our new lease to us to sign. Everytime I have been in the office, they are sitting around talking and playing with a dog that one of them brings to work. On the positive side, the maintenance staff is quick to respond if you need anything fixed. It is located in a great location and despite having your car covered in dirt, it is nicely landscaped. They do provide a small gym and coin washers and dryers. The pool is nice in the summer if you don't mind the drinkers and smokers. Not enough ammenities for the price we pay. Nothing special.
