the multitude of problems that this complex has. It starts with lousy management and trickles it's way down. While they talk it up big when you're looking at them, they do not follow through with any promises made, are less than truthful about things. Don't walk in the lawns unless you like getting someone's doggy pooh all over your shoes. Leash rule' What leash rule' Dogs roam about without leads. Not supposed to have grills on the porches/patios because of fire regulations' Many have not complied and nor are they required to. The only thing the Reserve is interested in is money, money, money. As long as you pay your rent every month they ignore what is happening.
