Our family moved here from FL into The Reserve for about a year until we found our home and really enjoyed the area and the people who manage the facility. Everyone was so friendly, even all the maintenance crew would make sure they said HI and also that we were taken care of. Like any apartment living experience, there are always some issues. The one issue we experienced was taken seriously and handled quickly by the manager & assistant manager. We were pleased with the outcome. The great thing about The Reserve is the location. Located in West Knoxville, only minutes from any store you could imagine, while maintaining that country feel being tucked away with lush landscaping, etc. The staff really try to make it a community through apartment gatherings such as football tailgate parties, Christmas parties, etc. It was an enjoyable living experience for our family and we've still managed to stay friends with the staff though we've moved away. Coming from Florida, we also thought the price of rent was great for what you get.
With every apartment community there are going to be areas for improvement which I would list as:
Stricter policy on pets (no large dogs). If there was a policy, people were obviously sneeking them in.
Stricter consequences for those that don't clean up after pets in common areas
Other than that, I would say we've enjoyed it and would recommend The Reserve to others.
