I've lived at the Reserve for over a year in a 1 bedroom, and I really like it. Its considerably quiet for an apartment complex -- sure, you can hear your neighbors dog barking or vacuuming running every now and then, but not much more. I'm a grad student so quiet is very important to me. The apartments are in really good shape, and maintenance is quick and polite. One morning a maintenance man stopped me because he thought my car sounded funny and wanted to let me know (btw- he was right, my transmission was going). My favorite part of my apartment is the HUGE bathroom: double sinks and a garden tub. Water is billed on a flat monthly rate. The kitchens are big enough, and the office staff got me an over-the-stove microwave within 2 weeks of my asking for one. The grounds are very well kept and my dog loves going on walks and playing frisbee on the small field near the pool. Although its quite a drive to downtown Knoxville (20 minutes) and I had the opportunity to move closer to campus (into a cheaper apartment, too), I decided to stay because I like it here so much. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
