It has not been bad living here... the apartments are nice and they do a great job with responding to maintenance calls. we have vaulted ceilings which are nice and think the layout of the apartment is good. we love the big garden tub in the bathrooms :) the staff has always been friendly to us as well. the people who live here are quite and i feel safe most of the time. we dont hear the neighbors much besides the occasional dog whining/barking, a door slam, or someone on the stairs outside. we seem to have friendly neighboors except for one incident where an old man was out on his porch buttnaked and screaming at people... i think he was drunk or handicapped... but the staff dealt with it quickly, the police came, and it gave me something to laugh about before i went to work. my car also got broken into last week and that really worries me... but i guess that could happen anywhere. my only real complaint is that right after we signed our lease they dropped their rent prices... that was kind of annoying. we also wish they had more amenities like a hot tub, tennis/basketball/volleyball court, kids play gym, walking trails or an off leash dog area like most of the other apartments have in this area that are even cheaper in rent. i would recommend living here though if you can afford it and you don't care about having those extra amenities.

We here at Heritage Lake try our very best to make our residents happy. Unfortunately some of the parking areas are more full than others. But we can not guarantee a front spot for everybody. We continually try to think of a solution for the parking and are open for any ideas. We also have a new maintenance supervisor that is very responsive to all work orders. We take any moisture related problems very seriously when they are reported and are willing to take extra steps if needed. The gate sometimes does have issues but are always fixed as soon as a contractor can come out and look at the problem. We want to make sure all our residents at Heritage Lake are very Happy. So if they have any concerns please let the office know.
