This is our first apartment. We moved here for graduate school. The staff is pretty laid back about things which can lead to mis-communications but it also means that we haven't felt stressed out about anything. They are also friendly. There are alot of pets on site so if someone were allergic or hated dogs you would not want to live here. Our room has the vaulted ceiling and big bath in the master bathroom. There were minor cosmetic damages to our room when we moved in but nothing really noticeable. We never hear the neighbors or the train that is pretty close by. In addition, the location is great. We are only minutes from the mall and major dining areas but there is never traffic on the road in front of the apartment. Finally, the landscaping is great. I have seen workers out several times on the lawn and grounds. We have not used our amenities such as car wash area, pool, or gym but are impressed with them and excited to use them soon.
