we are living here now and the heat bill was over $200 and you have to sit wrapedup in a blanket to get warm as single paned windows and thin walls and a fireplace that wont close off so heat goes up chimmeny.the train track is across the street and the noise from it you can't hear yourself think.the apartment up stairs if they walk across the floor they sound as if coming through cieling.carpets not in good shape.neighbors very unfriendly lonley with people all around you.rent is to high.
we were not showed an apartment till we signed a lease said they didn't have one to show then noticed a lot were empty gee i wonder why.lied to us about electric bill as well.will move out when lease up and will never recomand them to anyone.lights on side of building never work dark at night very unsafe.
