Strange, but until I read the message about the lady who was served every month for rent I thought I must have been the only one and it must have been a one time thing. However, I lived there in 2000, it must be a practice of theirs. The rent is late on the 5th, they served me that night with a judgement! Although the check was in the drop box, I still had to pay all court cost on the judgement, it is now on my credit!! Worse, when I went to speak to the manager, she was no longer there, by the time that I was able to move 2001, they had been through two managers!! Don't move there!!!
