I read these reviews prior to renting and didn't pay attention to them. I thought that people just didn't understand what apartment life was. Well, the reviews are right. This place is horribly overpriced. Water leaks, bugs, poorly insulated, carpet tacks pocking through, sections of carpet padding missing, drawers falling off of rollers, and closet doors falling off the track. I promise this place is not worth it.
