Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
I haven't lived in Steeplechase long so far (just since June 16th) but I must say that it surpasses all of the other apartment complexes I have lived at in my last 7 years in West Knoxville. If you are used to paying West Knoxville rent, this place is more affordable and I like the apartment layout much better. No long hallways that waste space.
I love the following things about Steeplechase (I am in a 2br, 1.5 bath):
**trees!!!, floor to ceiling windows in my living room and bedrooms, quiet, nice neighbors, two pools, two entrances to the complex, massive walk-in closet in the Master BR, wood burning fireplace, convenient to the interstate (since I work in Anderson County this is a BIG one for me!), and close to Callahan and Merchants shopping and restaurant areas!
I will post again when I have lived here longer, but so far, all's well! By the way, Ashanti in the office is super-helpful too; I had a small maintenance issue and she was very responsive in getting it resolved.
