Cost way out weighs the benefit.

I have had problems, with pests but no water damage b/c we are up on top of the hill. I can vouch for residents in that I have seen the "ponds" that collect around some buildings. We are moving out as soon as our lease is up.
Also the place is over priced! They charge a water fee that is equivalent to the total water bill of the entire complex and you pay a percentage based on the number of residents (including infants and toddlers!) in your apartment. My water bill has never been below $60 and we are contentious of the water we use. (trying to teach our son good water habits and such)The apartments are poorly insulated so our electricity bills are extremely. This past winter we had to stuff pillows and sheets against all the windows just to keep the heat in. According to the electricity company our bill has AVERAGED 150.00 a month since we've moved in! They charge a high pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $20, with no pet-owner convinced to help keep the property clean.
Please think twice about this place unless you have roommates to split the cost. Then it comes out to a cheaper apartment and MIGHT be worth it. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
