These apartments are horrible. If you live here now, make sure you don't leave anything behind. I forgot to wash my drip pans from my stove, $30 for 3 drip pans. They are $2 @ Walmart. Geez! $15 bc I didn't vacum my closet! Good grief! And now they are trying to charge me for wallpaper removal when I didn't put the wallpaper up. I'll never live under this property management again! Especially @ Steeplechase. Oh & they're right, maintenance is nonexistant! It's cheaper & bigger to live somewhere out West.And very very high utility bill. $92 for 1 month in a 569 square ft apt. Ridiculous!
