Cost way out weighs the benefit.

I have had problems, with pests but no water damage b/c we are up on top of the hill. I can vouch for residents in that I have seen the "ponds" that collect around some buildings. We are moving out ... more

DON'T RENT AT STEEPLECHASE!!

You don't want to live here. Bugs and leaks are everywhere. The management sucks and will not claim any responsibility for their poor drainage problems and pests. They are very rude and dishonest. I have been lied to 3 times ... more
